Palliser
Queen - DIESEL: You receive the houseboat fully
equipped and
full of diesel/propane. Diesel/propane consumed
during
your trip is your small expense. Plus $50 sewage
pump out charge.
You are required to have a valid drivers license and our knowledgable staff will instruct you on all aspects of your houseboat's operation. It is also required that a member of your party obtain a Pleasure Craft Operator Card prior to your arrival. The course is available online at: www.boaterexam.com.

Times listed below are our goal. Factors like late returns or adverse weather conditions can cause delays. We will do everything possible to meet or exceed the above stated schedules. In case circumstances beyond our control cause delays we thank you for your patience.
- A 4 day rental for the Palliser Queen is from 3:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday at 11:00 a.m. All members of your party must be disembarked by 11:00 a.m.
- A 3 day rental for the Palliser Queen is from 3:00 p.m. on Friday to Monday at 11:00 a.m. All members of your party must be disembarked by 11:00 a.m.
- Late boat returns are subject to a fee of $100 per person.
- To avoid late boat returns you are required to return and tie up in the home bay on the evening prior to your departure.
- Upon booking the Palliser Queen we require a booking/damage deposit of $1750 PLUS total rental must be paid by 60 days prior to arrival.
- Houseboats will be full of fuel and propane on departure. Renter will pay for the amount used on their tour.
- There is a $50 sewage pump out fee.
- There is an additional cleaning charge of up to $300 for excessive untidiness. Eg: fire extinguisher foam, bodily wastes, etc.

- A 3 day rental for a 10 person houseboat (Wish You Were Here OR Sum-R-Breeze) is from Noon on Friday to Monday at 9:00 p.m. All members of your party must be disembarked by 9:00 p.m.

1. Excessive drunkenness is not tolerated.
2. We reserve the right to board and inspect the
boat you are renting. Should we find damage or
misuse of equipment the rental is cancelled and
no refund is provided. Authorities will be notified
as required.
3. We reserve the right to board and commandeer
your rental vessel in order to lend assistance
should a marine emergency exist on the lake. (You
will be compensated should this situation arise.)
4. Stag party rentals are charged a double damage
deposit and we require 2 separate Visa or Master
Card imprints on file.
5. We have a policy of zero tolerance for anyone
who abuses any staff member physically or verbally.
Any incident is immediately reported to police.
