HOUSEBOAT BOOKING INFORMATION

Reservation confirmed only on receipt of deposit and signed reservation form. In order to assure you of the boat and date of your choice, we suggest that you get your reservation to us as soon as possible. Telephone Reservation without deposits will only be held ten days pending receipt of deposit. If the deposit is not received the reservation time becomes available for a new booking.

Booking/Damage Deposit
Booking/Damage Deposit will be refunded upon your return, less any charges that apply. (See "Additional Expenses" for details on charges that will apply)

Pet Policy

There is an extra charge for pets. Allowed pets are limited to cats and small dogs.

Payment of Charter

The full charter fee is due and payable 60 days prior to boarding. Please send a post-dated cheque or allow authorization of your Visa/MasterCard payable 60 days prior to boarding. If we don not receive payment in full by the due date (60 days prior to your boarding date) your reservation will be cancelled without further notice to you.

Insurance

Due to the nautre of the business we cannot supply damage insurance. The renter is responsible for any damage incurred whether to the houseboat or to anyone else's property.

   Additional Expenses
Insurance, Fuel and Sewer Pump Out charges are your additional expenses and will be paid out at the end of your cruise. There is an additional $25 surcharge per person over the advertised boat occupancy.

Deposit

Reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of your Booking/Damage Deposit. The deposit amount depends on the boat you are reserving. Deposits may be made by cash, cheque, Visa, or Mastercard. Please note: We cannot hold a reservation without a deposit.

Cancellation

PALLISER QUEEN: Your reservation deposit of $1000.00 will be assessed a $400 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled or changed 60 days or more prior to boarding date. All cancellations must be in writing.

SUMMER BREEZE, or WISH YOU WERE HERE: Your reservation deposit of $750.00 will be assessed a $300.00 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled or changed 60 days or more prior to boarding date. All cancellations must be in writing.

In the evert of a cancellation LESS than 60 days prior to boarding date, the full deposit will be forfeited. Sask River Tours will retain your full deposit unless your boat is rechartered. If the boat is rechartered you will then be refunded the recharter value less cancellation fee.
